Making memories

All of us have food memories from "back home". Sometimes we get to share these with others. Sometimes these become new food memories.

A hop skip and jump away, in Kerala, Nendran param is commonly eaten steamed as a breakfast or snack food and mashed up and fed to babies and children from 6 months onwards.

The sweetness of the fruit and the memory grows on you. Try it!
