So often it only takes a spoonful of sugar to send us on that guilt trip. Not with this payasam. Its dark creaminess is thanks to our beautiful Burma black rice. (Coming soon. Wait for it.) Not even a drop of ghee. Just jaggery and water. Go ahead - you don't need a recipe nor a reason to try this one!
