The many faces of “Organic”

We know that different people and families have different needs so we're offering reminders (because we believe you already know this) to help you “buy organic”. You can start with one suggestion and then add on as you feel comfortable and confident that it is becoming a part of your life.

Buy whole.

Typical 'value additions' in food more often than not are 'value deductions'. They often remove essential components that need to be later added or compensated for.

Try unpolished rices instead of white rice, whole wheat instead of maida, jaggery or honey rather than refined sugars, sea or rock salt in place of table salt. Similarly cold pressed oils unlike refined oils do not get overly heated.
